Paul is 2 1/2 years old and came to Chayah with his two sisters. His mother suffers with mental illness that resulted in long-term neglect and abuse of all three children. Without an extended family member willing to care for them, God intervened miraculously and Paul is now an energetic member of Chayah’s family. He is learning to trust his new family and enjoys playing with the other boys as well as the two pre-school age girls, Ritah and Grace. Paul’s older biological sister, Ruth, stays close during these early days as he adjusts.
